Jordan C, our Chief Executive Officer, brings five years of frontline experience, specializing in high-risk behavioral supports. Recognizing the stigma surrounding challenging behaviors and the lack of specialized support from most agencies, Jordan is dedicated to ensuring everyone receives the support they need, and families get the respite they deserve. With a vision that no individual should be left behind, Jordan has developed a unique, proven program designed to help our participants achieve success.

Jacob C, the Chief Financial Officer who has devoted the last 6 years to empowering families through financial support. As a valuable member of S.A.I.L, Jacob collaborates closely with families, offering expert guidance on budgeting and fund management to maximize their financial resources. He demonstrates exceptional resourcefulness and a deep understanding of the importance of securing funding opportunities for families we support.

Carly V, is doing a commendable job managing both our respite and residential services. Carly works closely connecting and collaborating with most of our families. Amanda G, our dedicated Director of Supports and Services, brings over 18 years of invaluable frontline experience to our team. Her extensive background includes respite, residential, day program, in-school, and hospital settings, as well as high-intensive behavioral supports at a treatment center. Amanda is committed to fostering strong relationships with families and nurturing community partnerships in our area.
