Respite Care & Overnight Support
Sail offers flexible, compassionate respite care for individuals of all abilities across Hamilton and Stoney Creek. Our goal is to support families by providing safe, reliable care that adapts to their schedules while ensuring each individual receives attentive, personalized support in a structured environment.
Respite Options:
Hourly, daily, overnight, and weekend care
In-home support or care at our fully equipped Support Home
Personalized care tailored to each individual

Day Program & Life SKills Classes
Our day program and life skills classes are designed to promote independence, confidence, and meaningful daily engagement. Through structured activities and community-based experiences, individuals are supported in developing practical skills, building routines, and strengthening social connections.
